Challenge

To better meet the needs of its increasingly affluent Premier customers, Bank of the West undertook a large-scale initiative to upgrade these clients from a standard credit card to a World MasterCard. Now they needed us to produce marketing materials to announce the arrival of this enhanced card.

Solution

To properly showcase the new Bank of the West World MasterCard, we set out to develop a direct mail package that outlined the reasons for the upgrade and effectively highlighted the many notable cardholder benefits. By combining upscale photography and aspirational copy, the end result was a refined package that generated significant customer excitement.
